Empordàlia is an olive oil (and wine) production, located in the North-East of Spain, in the region of Emporda. Their Oli de Pau extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from olivesproduced by centuries-old trees. They come from two varieties which are only found in the region, - the Argudell and the Corivell; and these, along with the distinctive feature of the Empordà climate: the Tramontane north wind, - give our olive oil a character that truly sets it apart.
Empordàlia knows that one of the key factors to obtaining the Oli de Pau’s distinctive flavour, body and character, is its production process. Our process combines traditional methods, honed over the last 50 years, with the latest technologies used in the industry, ensuring that Oli de Pau is one of the most highly-regarded extra virgin oils on the market, that is available today.
