Olive oil is a fat, obtained from the fruit of the Olea europaea (olive tree), - a traditional tree crop of the Mediterranean region, where whole olives are pressed to produce oil. Extra Virgen Olive Oil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is absolutely the best you can get in the market of oils. Extra virgin is the highest quality and most expensive olive oil classification. It has no defects and a has a flavor of fresh olives. It produced entirely by mechanical means without the use of any solvents, and under temperatures that will not degrade the oil. Only fresh olives in good condition are used. Every step of the process is carefully monitored.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Organic (Ecologic) Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is an extra virgin oil, but produced using Certified Organic olives. Olives are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or other artificial agents. Generally speaking, the olive tree a very hearty tree, they require little to no pesticide intervention to grow olives normally. Most growers in Spain don’t use any chemicals on any of their trees anyways. However, the organic certifying process documents and guarantees this fact for consumers.

Olive Oil
Our ''regular'' olive oil is a mix of extra virgin olive oil with a refined one. Much more economic than extra, virgin it is still the perfect for for dressing uncooked food, salads, boiled fish.
Currently we have two types: intence - an olive oil with a good body, green colour, sweet flavour and pleasant olive aroma (70%-30% proportion of extra virgin to refined oil), and soft - characterised by its smooth and pleasant flavour, light body and golden yellow-green colour (more % of refined oil, up to 70%). It can be used in dishes which bring out the quality of the olive oil while retaining the flavours of the food itself.
Both are available in 1L, 3L, 5L bottles, and in bulk.
Olive Pomace Oil
Olive Pomace Oil is a refined oil, produced from the pulp and leftover flesh of the olives, after the first press is done creating Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It's non-GMO and its gluten-free.
Our pomace oil is characterised by its smooth flavour and good body. This oil is composed by adding 20% extra virgin olive oil to refined olive pomace oil. It is highly recommended for frying all kinds of foods due to its high degree of stability/ Also, it does not give off odours of any kind and is specifically recommended for industrial bakeries and the hospitality sector in general, because of its attractive price/quality ratio.

Sunflower & Seed Oils
The health benefits of sunflower oil include its ability to improve heart health, boost energy, strengthen the immune system, improve skinhealth, prevent cancer, lower cholesterol and reduce inflammation. Our refined sunflower oil is natural and pleasant in appearance. It has the advantage of not distorting the original flavour of food when used alongside it, which allows the food to retain its natural taste. Suitable for ovens, bakeries, restaurants and cooking in general. It does not contain any preservatives or additives. The seed oil in turn, is made exclusively from a selection of vegetable oils. Its properties make it a very healthy oil that performs well when used for frying, which is why it is popular.
